The Island features a spacious layout, with a width exceeding 20 metres (66 feet) and a length of over 37 metres (121 feet). With about 400 square metres effective area on three individual levels, it creates up to 1.000 square metres (10,763 square feet) total of living space.
With six identical double rooms, each including an en-suite bathroom, the Island offers space for up to 12 residents. The floor below the residential area gives space to at least four crew members, with their own sanitary facilities.
Further, a spacious living room on the Main Deck, a vast recreation and cinema hall in the lower deck, a total of three kitchens (one main kitchen with storage and refrigeration area), garage, laundry room, service station, and more makes ORSOS Islands a feel-good energy independent residence. A complete energy management system controls all devices on deck. Thanks to the spacious, versatile design and multi-level layout, ORSOS Islands offers space for up to 80 people.

ORSOS Islands were designed to realise an ever-elusive dream – to live on
the sea. With a walkway around the Island, large windowed design, and a
number of terraces – the sea is always at your reach.
A charming highlight of ORSOS Islands is the Sun Deck – a spacious sunroof with comfortable lounges, where you can relax and gaze at the most stunning sunsets.
In addition to the comfortable seating for up to 15 people, there is an attractive barbecue buffet and an appealing bar for drinks. The large Jacuzzi and a comfortable sitting area for about seven people closes the impressive circle of this varied and sophisticated deck.
Both Sun Deck and Main Deck are completely accessible from every direction by a wide surrounding walkway. On ORSOS Islands you can wander around and enjoy the wonderful view at its best.
The terrace on the Main Deck provides massive space for relaxation.
From the large, stable floating platform with two outside ladders you can enjoy a range of water sports. There are ladders on each side of the Island to ease the access to the sea. Each side is complemented by two covered outdoor showers. On the front side of the Island there is another multi-purpose area, which can be used as an outdoor fitness platform.
Inside the bright Main Deck there is a spacious living room, a lounge and a kitchenette with a breakfast bar and dining area.
The transition between inside and outside is almost invisible. Wide, sliding glass doors and the sliding skylight let the air and light flow into the deck. Even without air conditioning you can enjoy the pleasant feeling of the tropical breeze.
The six rooms, each approximately 20 square metres, promise relaxed and comfortable living, emphasising both elegance and privacy. They are accessible from the living area and located half a floor below. Each of the nearly identical rooms includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a tropical shower and vacuum toilet. A bathtub can be added upon request. Naturally, the rooms are equipped with the latest consumer electronics and large, shatterproof windows that allow a stunning view. Two rooms each side are attached by a connect-system, which opens up the rooms to offer enough space for the whole family.
On this level there is also a recreation room for the staff, including cooking and dining area; an office from which you can control all the Island’s technology and a separate guest toilet.
Below sea level there is a large event and entertainment room for social events, such as parties, cinema nights or karaoke with family and friends.
Additionally, you will find the technical equipment for the safe operation of the Island and the main kitchen with cold storage here. There is a laundry room, service station and two staff rooms for up to four crew members, each equipped with sanitary facilities.
The Island houses all important infrastructure for the crew and staff to give the owners and guests maximum privacy.
From the front of the main outdoor platform decks you have access to the garage by a ladder, where you have the possibility to store your water sports equipment and moor your motorboats with ease.
