The upper deck is dominated by high-quality aluminium materials, shatterproof glass and composite. The core of the Island, a steel body with over three meters’ draft is extremely stable and provides a pleasant, mainland-like environment.
With a level control system ORSOS Islands can be lifted gradually as needed; the outer aluminium panels and the floating platform can be folded in or out simply by the press of a button.
These security measures transform the main deck into a fortress, facilitating the transport by reducing water resistance, and allowing for easier docking.
Throughout the manufacturing process, supervisors, and specialists ensure the building quality by on-site inspections.
Guaranteed, all safety regulations as well as in-boat building are observed and approved by the DNV (formerly known as GL – Germanischer Lloyd).
